Good grief. Microsoft has all that stuff for free and the programming languages. Check out their web site. There are videos and online courses.OK... I need Programming and Scripting Tutorials...?
Strange request...do you have a reason for learning it other than being curious? It could help narrow down what would be best for you. I guess since ';programming'; is the only description I'd recommend Java: http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/
