Visual c++ programming guide/ tutorials?

does anybody know where i could find a C++ Programming guide or some tutorials for somebody who isnt really new to programming in general but does not know C++ at allVisual c++ programming guide/ tutorials?

You should look up the SAMS teach yourself series of books. You can get them really cheaply from half.com and they get you going really quickly. Most of the time, you can have your first working program in the first or second day.

Make sure that you get one that matches your compiler though. So if you are using Visual Studio 2005, then pick a book that matches that. If you buy another one, you can still learn from it, but it will be harder for you to find the tools that they are describing.
